My policies help me create great art and an even better experience, please make sure you read over them!
By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to all studio policies including cancellation policy.
Please arrive at your first appointment with bare, natural nails. I do not remove work done by other salons.
let’s start fresh
Appointments run to a tight schedule as I am typically booked back to back
If you are 10 minutes late:
You will be charged for the booked services(s), but will receive a reduced service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late:
Your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
On the rare occasion I am behind schedule I will update you via text as soon as possible.

deposits
A $60 deposit is required to secure an appointment time. Your deposit will be deducted from the appointment’s final total.
As I am reserving a block of time specifically for you, all deposits are non refundable and non transferrable, without exception.
reschedules and cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment time using the self serve link in your confirmation email.
If you’d like to reschedule or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, please text me asap.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment you are forfeiting your $60 deposit.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice before your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service(s) booked.
No shows will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service(s) booked and will not be able to book with me in the future.
privacy
I ask that you do not disclose the studio address online or to others as Little Nail Lab is located within a private residence.
Please do not take photos of the outside of the property, street, or cars on the property. You may not attend the premises outside of your appointment time.
Come alone:
No guests, animals (service animals exempt), or children are permitted to accompany you to your appointment.
Shoes on:
Please refrain from removing your shoes during your appointment.
Hands on the table:
Please keep your hands on the table and away from your bags, snacks, hair, ect. to help me maintain a hygienic workspace.
Photos and videos:
If you’d like to take a photo or video with me in it, please let me know a camera is on me!
Illness:
If you are sick, think you may be sick, are getting over being sick, or have been exposed to anyone exhibiting symptoms of or testing positive for Covid or the Flu, you must cancel your appointment.
If you show up unwell to your appointment, you will be denied service and charged a 100% cancellation fee.

Please choose conversation topics mindfully. I’m always here to listen, but please keep in mind I am just a nail gal without the skills or capacity to help with big issues.
Conversations related to traumatic experiences, body image, dieting, and speaking negatively of yourself are strongly discouraged.
If I am made to feel uncomfortable, I may choose to end your service or cancel future appointments.
